A real achievement for so little money.
A good vintage of this wine. Just delicious. Light and simple, but it’s lively and well-balanced. Despite the touch of sweetness, it’s quite savoury and refreshing, unlike those cloying primitivos from this part of Italy – you know what I’m talking about. A pleasant quaffer for weekdays. 84 points. Dirt cheap at 899 HUF (~2,5 EUR), stockist is Lidl (it’s only available in every two months or so, as part of the Italy promotion days), highly recommended. Drink now-2024.
