A powerful red that tries to impress you. Tries it quite hard.

Way too early to open this. Lots of unintegrated oak, will it ever calm down? It’s overripe, too, smells like baked merlot. But what an opulent mouthfeel… it’s creamy, hedonistic, fills every corner of the mouth. No elegance or finesse, just lots of concentration. Give it a few more years. For those who love big, bold reds. 89 points. 2028-2034.
