A domaine I never heard of before. What a delicious beaujolais! Cool label, too.

This is rather Beaujolais Cru quality. Cheerful, juicy but also quite structured. Ripe, dark, black cherry nose with a bit of the trademark hibiscus note of the whole bunches, so inviting. Beautiful textured, velvety, it’s just medium-bodied, but quite dense. Great, firm tannins provide a proper backbone. Very good, 89 points. Great value for 10,50 € (£13.67 in UK), stockist is decantalo. Drink now – 2028.
