The most well known Villányi brand. Big volume, cheap, widely available in Hungary.
Better on the nose. A good display of the variety and region, ripe, savoury. Ripe plums and some pirazine. A tad simple and the finish is somewhat bitter. It’s OK to drink with food, but don’t expect too much.
Rating: acceptable, 81 points.
Price: 1000 HUF (around 3€).

Value: not bad. It’s for the masses, not for wine lovers.
