A delicate, pale coloured wine. Firmly tannic, though. Red fruited, perfumed and savoury, with a pleasant touch of rubber. Airy on attack but builds to a tight finish with drying, chalky tannins which need some time to soften. Lovely purity and restrain here although those seem to compromise complexity and length a bit. 89 points. Drink from 2024 to 2028.
