Since winemaker Ujvári Vivien is in charge at Tokaj producer Barta, the wines are reaching new highs. This late harvested Furmint is just as impressive as it’s dry version from the same vineyard. 

This is fine wine. Fragrant, delicate and simply regal. I rarely find a wine so natural but elegant and precise at the same time. White peach, grapey notes, a minty topnote. Light on its feet but full of flavor. So vibrant, both aromatically and mouthfeel-wise. As easy to drink as a dry wine. Nuanced and sophisticated, a real queen from Tokaj.
