Picked from Auchan, my third bottle of the wine or so. Lovely affordable Cotes du Rhone red.

Pure, honest wine showcasing the Southern Rhone typicity. Mediterranean ripeness, bitter black currants and such a classic palate of full body with soft acidity and stemmy, firmish tannins that becomes only apparent on the finish. Enjoyable, very good everyday wine, just what I would hope for the asking price.
