What an interesting Beaujolais Cru! Never tasted one like this…

It smells like an Australian wine: loaded with eucalyptus! Dark fruited, packed with black cherries, ripe plums. Halls Soothers Blackcurrant! Such an interesting nose. It’s bright and juicy as good Beaujolais Cru should be. Tannins are coarse and a tad bitter on the finish, though – drinkability is not that good here. Should be better with food. 85 points, 3000 HUF or 7,59 € in Auchan.
