One of the well-known and widely distributed roses in Hungary, the Konyári is also one of the best of its class, avoiding the typical mistakes of its peers. No off-putting bubble gum aromas here. It’s also contender of the prettiest rose label in the country…
Light-bodied rose with quite some elegance. Perfect freshness, no fake fruit aromas, quite inviting. Cherries, peaches on the nose, perhaps some red currants. Light and seamless on the palate, acidity is integrated, the balance is spot on. A well made, refined everyday rose that doesn’t get boring after a few glasses. Good, 84 points. 6 Euros/2600 HUF, stockist is Bortársaság.
