Amazing supermarket Tokaji: Royal Tokaji Late Harvest 2017

 This widely distributed, big production sweet tokaji has been on the market for around two decades, and while I liked the early vintages, I missed the last ten vintages or so. What about the current release? It’s not just good, but actually great! An amazing sweet wine for 9 euros!

Like a Tokaji Aszú – Szeremley Zeus Late Harvest 2005 from Badacsony

I don’t drink sweet wines often, but this is really a category Hungary excels in. This late harvest beauty comes from the north bank of Balaton, and it’s singing at the age of 15.
